Mahjong Tray ("the App") is developed by NextAd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
On-device data. Your progress, pearls, unlocked themes, daily-challenge state, tutorial completion, language, and audio/haptics settings are stored on your device. They are never uploaded as a player profile and are erased when you uninstall the App.
Attribution and marketing measurement. To understand which marketing campaigns bring players to the App and whether those players engage with it, we use Adjust, a mobile measurement partner. When you install and play, the Adjust SDK may send:
These signals describe how the game is going, not who you are. We do not combine them with data from other companies to build an advertising profile about you.
The App does not show ads and does not contain in-app purchases. Pearls are an in-game currency earned and spent inside the App. The only third-party SDK used for advertising measurement is Adjust. The App does not ship a crash-reporting or product-analytics SDK beyond Adjust.
On iOS, Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork may report an install to the network that referred it, without identifying you.
We use app data to operate Mahjong Tray, save progress, attribute installs to marketing campaigns, measure how those campaigns perform, understand which parts of the game people enjoy or get stuck on, and fix problems. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you individually.
Attribution and marketing measurement are provided by Adjust, which processes the identifiers and event signals described above as our service provider. See Adjust's Privacy Policy.
Device vibration uses the platform haptics API on-device only; it does not send data to us.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Aggregated, non-identifying attribution results — for example, that an install came from a particular ad campaign — may be shared with the advertising network that referred that install.
The game itself is fully playable offline. The only thing the App sends over the internet is the attribution measurement described above. With no connection at all, matching, themes, pearls, and the daily challenge still work; progress still saves on the device.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS you can limit tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.
Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. Attribution records held by Adjust on our behalf are retained no longer than needed for marketing measurement, in line with Adjust's retention settings.
To request deletion of the attribution records associated with your device, email dev@nextad.ai with the subject line "Delete My Data — Mahjong Tray". Please include your device's advertising ID if possible, so we can locate the records. We will action the request within 30 days.
Attribution information may be processed on servers operated by Adjust in the United States, Europe, and other countries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
